The trust is directly associated with the small and marginal farmers for high end income besides the food security through commercial vegetable cultivation. The focus is given on building orientation of the community towards adopting commercial vegetable cultivation, building capabilities of the families on technical know-how around improved agriculture practices, demonstration and popularizing micro irrigation system like drip and sprinkler system to enhance additional income by Rs. 30000/- and more annually.

Identification and grooming of Community service providers who in-turn provide input and output linkage, entire value chain services starting from pre production to post harvesting, Keep required farm implements as well as irrigation devices and provide farm mechanization support, extension and capacity building support, diagnostic services etc. Beside production enhancement Harsha Trust also assures collective selling through promotion of farmer’s producer organization.
