Our human resource pool of over 247 full-time development professionals, 117 contractual staff, 26 consultants, and 826 community cadres, embodies these values, working tirelessly towards ensuring livelihood and nutrition security and improving the quality of life for the rural poor.
Comprising experts from diverse fields such as Social Work, Social Sciences, Engineering, Management, Economics, Agriculture, Business, and Entrepreneurship, our team of 201 professionals, 34 Team Leaders, and 12 Coordinators brings a wealth of experience from prestigious institutes. This mix of seasoned veterans and enthusiastic newcomers equips us to tackle rural development issues through technology-led and market-driven interventions.
